Our failure can be attributed to our excessive focus and excitement about 'being a company' rather than on what we were actually creating, and our decision to scale too fast.
Nevertheless, it was an incredible learning experience, and we did end up creating some impressive things. This experience is a small success for me because of what I learned and what I can bring to the next endeavor.
